I am such a bad human! I'm so sorry I haven't posted on here in OVER A MONTH?! Like where the heck have you been Laura 🙊😱

So I moved back home last week for the summer holidays/vacation and I've been crafting a LOT! I've also made it so that I upload a video to my YouTube channel every Saturday, which is more regular 😅

So here are some of my creations so far, I've made a ton more but here are the ones I've been posting on Instagram (which you might have seen if you follow me - thank you 💖💖💖) 

This slurpuff necklace was a custom order I had recently off a lovely repeat customer ☺️💕

So that's it so far, I'll post my YouTube videos on here next so you can see them.

Birthday!

Hey everyone, it's Laura here! 

I hope you've all been having a super duper weekend! :) 

Today is my 21st birthday, I'm now a fully fledged adult and I have to go around editing all my profiles so it says 21 instead of 20 - imagine if there was some way of doing this haha!! 

So here is a birthday cupcake that I made a while ago now (I actually made two!) - it's a little pastel pink cupcake base with a little candle on top and sprinkles. I hope you all like it, I should have more products coming soon to my Etsy!

Hey everyone, I made these a while ago but didn't have any ring bases to go on to the cake so I recently bought some in silver and gold. There is this silver one and also a gold one up on my Etsy Link is in the sidebar and also at the bottom on this blog ☺️

I think I'm going to have to make more cakes soon! I love making them, definitely my favourite things to make. 

Kawaii Nutella 'Choctella' Jars 🍫

Hey everyone it's Laura or Tiny Treats here again. 

I just wanted to share with you all these little Nutella jars that I made - I actually named them 'Choctella' because I didn't want to get in trouble for using trademarks! I love how they turned out, after a long time of not making any since the first time I made them. 

I'm feeling really crafty and can't wait to make some more things for my shop 😊 I think my speciality is becoming my cake slices, people really seem to love those as they seem to be liked a lot and sell like hot cakes 😉.  

So today I need to go out and post some parcels but at the moment we have Storm Jonas over here in the UK but it's rain rather than snow! It's absolutely raining cats and dogs outside and I have to go to buy food - I'm going to come back so windswept! 😩.

This is why you shouldn't burn your creations!

So. Take this from me, you DON'T want to burn your creations because this is what happens to them. I found out the hard way! 

I made my creations, like normal. Unknown to me, instead of putting the oven on 75-100•C I accidentally put it on  500•C . Yeah, that's a bit hot! 

So I left it it in the oven for about 5 mins and then noticed smoke coming out of the oven and I opened the door and boom, a pile of smoke filled my flat and the fire alarms set off 5 times and I had to stand there fanning the smoke alarm and opening the window and doors and had even my extractor fans on in the bathroom and kitchen and the building frontage window open. 

I think I was so gutted about my creations, less so about the fact my flat could have set on fire lol. 

So the moral of the story here; don't leave them unattended and don't do what I did 😂. We all make mistakes though!

Resin Charm Update #1 + FoxieCrafts Giveaway Package opening video!

Here is my FIRST ever resin update! eek! - I haven't done resin for a while, I only started it last year after I bought some resin from the local art shop so I'm pretty new to it!

Kawaii Carrot Necklaces!

I made two of these little guys, I really enjoyed making them 😊. I've been waiting for it to be a little bit brighter outside so I can take some photographs of the new products 😅! I'm going to make some more products today as this week is like the calm before the storm 😂. I might not get chance after this week. Chocolate Chip Ice Cream Necklace

This is also a necklace that I made a year or two ago. I still need to list these on my Etsy! I just haven't had much time 😅

I've been photographing the products and I also went out and bought some new exciting things to make things for my shop so I'll share those with you when they're made 😁! So glad I'm not back at uni yet until next week Sunday, I do miss my friends though 😢. Hope you had a good first day back at work/school!

Recent resin pieces ✨

Hey everyone, it's Laura from Tiny Treats here! 

Just thought I'd share with you the little resin pieces I've been making recently whilst I've been at home since its where I keep my resin (too messy for my flat 😂) 

I used Pebeo Gedeo Crystal Resin - it's a little different to Easy Cast as you use two parts resin to one part hardener. 

It still takes 24hours to dry but seems to take a while to get tacky, I don't know if that's just the way it happens for me or if it's the norm. 

Anyway, I made these resin pieces and I just love how they turned out, the colours /glitters are just stunning when the resin is put on top - they really seem to pop out and explode in colour 😊. 

I hope you like them, I'll be doming the rest of them today and most likely make some more pieces with the rest of the resin. Thanks for stopping by! - Laura

It's made with pink clay mixed with marble/granite clay- I thought it looked a bit like cookies n' cream at the time! 😅

I love how it's little face came out 😊 I also made Lemonade and Cherryade. I don't actually drink fizzy drinks because they make me quite ill! 

I hope to be re making some old charms when I get back to university (where my polymer clay is at 😩) with these kind of faces and making more "treats" as my shop is kinda supposed to be food based 😂. I'll still be making owls (I've made a new design for them which is super cute imo) so hopefully you will like them too. 😊

Hey everyone! 

Long time no post, right? I've been very busy with university - it's been very very hectic and I mostly only had time to post on my Instagram account @Tiny_Treatz 😅 but, now I'm at home and less stressed I can finally share some crafts that I have made with you.

Resin Pieces!!!

Hey everyone! so I've been playing around with Resin for a month or two now, and I'd like to show you some of the creations i've made so far! My first few attempts kind of got ruined because they didn't set so I must have gone through a whole box.. I eventually found out I wasn't stirring it for long enough..so I might do a tutorial on this because it's a different resin to what everybody else uses, I used Peabo Geode crystal clear resin which is the only brand I could seem to get a hold of around here in the UK!! I bought a few boxes, thanks to my boyfriend's family who gave me some gift vouchers for a local craft store!!

So here are the items I made from my resin so far! 

I have tons more creations but they need to be domed on both front and back so that will take at least 2-3 days. I haven't been able to do much since I have university essays to write and a small test to revise for. I'll have more time in the summer! 

Also, Im thinking of filming Back to Basics series (or a name a long those lines) on YouTube. What do you think?
